At Raceline Wheels, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wheels are not a perfect fit or do not meet your expectations, you can return them in their original, unmounted condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Pack the wheels securely in their original factory boxes with all protective materials to prevent damage during transit; items must be unmounted and in new condition.
Ship the Product
Affix the return shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
